MONTENERO DI BISACCIA. First mini exam for the very young athletes of Asd Nuovo Judo Montenero. In fact, the first test took place yesterday, aimed at assigning the so-called half belt, i.e. the intermediate step between one step and another. Twenty-one people were present, aged between three and seventeen; an important moment for them, which projects them towards conquering the actual belt (yellow or orange as the case may be) at the end of May.
The sporting journey began in October, when the training of the Asd Nuovo Judo Montenero resumed in the primary school gym, after a year away in Mafalda.
“After the prolonged stoppage due to Covid and, a year in Mafalda, we returned to Montenero aware of starting from scratch – the comment of Massimo Gatti, instructor and now historic point of reference for Montenero judo -. The feedback after four months is positive, the kids have returned despite everything, someone who followed us from Mafalda, we can say that registrations continue to arrive and the forecasts for the second course from February leave us hopeful”.
