Pacers in the front row in the race for Pascal Siakam?

Sam Amick of The Athletic revealed in a recent article that many NBA insiders believe the Indiana Pacers are the favorite team to strike up a trade for Pascal Siakam with the Toronto Raptors.

Indiana has been on the market for a long time to improve the power forward position and the situation has not changed after the arrivals of rookie Jarace Walker (whom the Front Office would not want to sell, according to Wojnarowski) and Obi Toppin.

Siakam for his part would have caused the negotiations between Raptors and Kings to stop by letting the Californian team know that he was not interested in a new agreement.

Furthermore, the winger appears determined to ask for the maximum possible in the next Free Agency – just under 250 million in 5 years with the Raptors or with the team that will have his Bird Rights, or around 185 in 4 years with other teams.

Not a small investment…
