Paralympic Success: Italian Athletes Aim for Paris Paralympic Games

Thus, the Paralympic committee, as happens in the world of norms, found itself in the room dedicated to the memory of Florio Mattei (a legend for CONI) inside the Palazzo delle Federations. Among the most celebrated athletes, capable of putting gold medals around their necks, here is Gabriele Nanni for the victory at the PT3 standing mix shooting world championship, Viola Strazzari silver at the basketball Deaflympics and Vanessa Caboni second at the volleyball Deaflympics.

Two silver medals with Leonardo Rigo, Zinella Scherma, European category C foil champion and Diego Bruina, who lives in Castel San Pietro, second in the team coarse fishing world championships. There were also two bronze medals with Davide Longhi from Bentivoglio and teammate Mario Passarelli for second place at the European Futsal Championships.
