The Spanish women’s 3×3 basketball team will seek a ticket for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games in the pre-Olympic tournament in Debrecen (Hungary), from May 16 to 19, as announced by FIBA this Tuesday, with two other Olympic qualification tournaments in Utsunomiya (Japan) and Hong Kong (China).
Spain will close the third pre-Olympic in Hungary from May 16 to 19. A total of 64 teams will participate in the FIBA 3×3 Olympic Qualification Tournaments and Spain will fight in Debrecen against Hungary, Egypt, Tunisia, Canada, Chile, Japan, Mongolia, Germany, Netherlands, Lithuania, Azerbaijan, Poland, Czech Republic, Italy and Israel.
The 3×3 Olympic event is scheduled from July 30 to August 5, 2024 at the emblematic Place de la Concorde in Paris and only three teams, one for each pre-Olympic tournament, will qualify for the event.
