The Indre Archery Championship organized by the 1st Company of Tours de Levroux archers, chaired by Jean Salmon, took place on the weekend of January 27 and 28 at the Michel-Moulin gymnasium. It attracted 81 archers from Argenton, Buzançais, Cluis, Châteauroux, Issoudun and Le Blanc, who came to participate in this competition arbitrated by Noémie Ferrand, Sylvie Dubreuil, Jean and Christophe Salmon.
A good competition for the Levrousains
Saturday, the day was dedicated to beginners in all categories (small and young). Sunday, it was the turn of the confirmed adults (U18 to Senior 3) compound and recurve bow, and the Levrousains were not unworthy: recurve bow: U15, Lana Grzelak ranked first, as well as Anna Boijot in U18. Seniors 2 ladies: Céline Boijot wins second place. Seniors 2 men: Brice Boijot finishes second. Compound bow: Senior 2 men, Christophe Salmon takes first place in his category. Very satisfactory results for the Levrousain archers.
