In 2020, Tom Brady along with his now ex-wife, model Gisele Bündchen, acquired a property on Indian Creek, an artificial barrier island located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, known as the millionaires’ bunker. On the site, the former American football player is building a luxurious beachfront mansion that is about to be completed, where he would move in the spring.

The exclusive Indian Creek Island neighborhood was created in the early 20th century. Politicians, businessmen and stage stars live there. It has 41 residential lots and the Country Club. The lot of the seven-time Super Bowl champion, who spent most of his NFL career with the New England Patriots, is ranked at No. 26, and was acquired through an LLC tied to the mogul’s Fontainebleau development. Jeff Soffer.
The property will include a separate gym, a studio, an oceanfront pool and spa, an outdoor kitchen, gardens and a tree-lined driveway leading to a court with a multi-car garage space, indicates The Real Deal site, which had access to construction documents: “The drawings also show that the master and guest suites include their own terraces.”
Documents submitted by Fontainebleau Construction request a two-story home with a security building, gym, cabana, pool and sports court. The New York Post obtained aerial images of the site, which reveal the rapid transformation of the residence from a construction site to a luxurious mansion. Brady retained ownership following the division of assets with Bündchen, from whom he separated in 2022.
Indian Creek has long been a haven for the nation’s and Florida’s wealthiest. Now Brady joins other celebrities and millionaires, such as the founder of Amazon, Jeff Bezos, who in June 2023 acquired a property for US$68 million to which he moved a few months ago; or Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, her husband, who own a lot for which they paid US$31 million.
The New York Post points out that the large rear terrace of the pool has several palm trees that line the promenade and a lush landscape highlights a rectangular infinity pool, next to which a luxurious cabana is located. Brady’s property also features a large safe house at the entrance, overlooking a spacious track designed to house his luxury car collection.
Sources consulted by the aforementioned media assure that Brady is expected to move into the new mansion in the spring. Last year, he rented a luxurious three-bedroom, four-bathroom apartment in Surfside, Florida, a coastal city located just 20 minutes from Miami Beach. The property has just gone on sale in the real estate market for a price of almost US$16 million, which would support statements that a move is near.
