On the weekend of January 27 and 28, 2024, the Buzancé archery archers participated in the departmental championship organized by the neighboring club of Levroux. Since the start of the season, the young people of the Buzancé club have done well during the various competitions, achieving podiums each time. For this competition, among chicks, Salomé Delaune climbs onto the third step of the podium. As the youngest, it is her sister Cassandra Delaune who takes the second step of the podium, just like Esther Soreau in the junior girls category.
In the junior boys’ category, Ethan Robert becomes champion of Indre. Léo Morel, as a chick, finished at the foot of the podium. For Alain Brunet, the cornerstone of the Buzancé club which supervises these young people, it is a satisfaction: “Buzancé archery was born in September 2022 and, with only a year and a half of existence, we regularly have young people and adults on the podiums, it is a great reward for the club but also for our archers. »
