The first departmental stage for 14 girls and 5 boys took place on Sunday January 28. Received as usual with kindness and good humor by the Bleuets Gym de Figeac, the day began with the men’s competition. Given the few gymnasts in each category, they are fighting against themselves! The men’s team in the 9/10 year old Regional with Jaouen BERETTI, Emil and Etienne GONZALEZ-LATOUR, Andréa CASTILLO and Elias JARDEZ-MATHIEU obtained 165,400 points. They will compete in the interdepartmental stage on March 2 or 3 in Montauban. For women: in Federal A 10 and above, Lyna CANCE, Mila BOISSET, Camélia LAPEYRE, Christina ALEKSANYAN and Léna LACOSTE obtain 138,235 points and they will also go to Montauban next March. In the Occitanie Regional 7/9 years, team 1 with Ilouna BOCKLAND-COMBEDAZOU, Malya CANCE, Lilia PINTO-ROQUES, Emma ALONSO and Alicia FERRY-CACAULT takes 1st place with 125,449 points. Team 2 made up of Calie BOISSET, Alice VIGOUROUX, Elise DIMANI and Eloïse DAFAY ranks 3rd with 111.06 points: they are all selected for the interdepartmental competition in Blagnac. For girls, these team competitions make it possible to produce an individual ranking by year of age which will lead to individual interdepartmental phases.
NEXT MEETING : Team competitions – departmental phase in Fédéral B Féminine in five age categories and in Fédéral Occitanie in two age categories in Cahors on February 11, 2024.
