From Asd Pro Recco Judo
The Italian A2 Judo Championships, Cadet category, organized by the FIJLKAM (Italian Judo Wrestling Karate Martial Arts Federation) were held on Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 February at the Pala Ercole in Policoro (Matera).
606 athletes from all over Italy were present (388 boys and 218 girls).
The following participated for Pro Recco Judo:
Manara Pietro 60 Kg
Iacopetti Lorenzo 60 Kg
Lasagna Emanuele 66 Kg
Dione Alessandro 73 Kg – 3rd place – Won 6 matches but lost the semi-final
Crovetto Yuki 52 Kg – 1st place – Made 5 matches all won by ippon.
Mangini Gaia 57 Kg
Surace Emma 57 Kg
Muca Luna 57 Kg – 7th place
Tassinari Costanza +70 Kg
Good performance, especially for the younger ones, we always have to improve but the path and the work we are doing are the right ones.
The women’s team ranked 2nd in terms of scores.
Qualify for the A1 Italian Judo Cadet Championship Finals:
Yuki Crovetto + Alessandro Dione
Giorgia Piaggio and Nicolò Capurro qualified by right.
