Magic and Mavericks Dominate NBA Games, Schröder Faces Challenges with Brooklyn Nets

Orlando continues its NBA winning streak, and the Mavericks also win clearly. Dennis Schröder has bad luck with the Brookyn Nets.

The Orlando Magic are fourth in the East and well on their way to the NBA playoffs. The team led by German national basketball players Franz and Moritz Wagner won against the New Orleans Pelicans on Thursday (March 21, 2024 / local time) with 121:106.

Orlando’s fifth straight win in the North American professional league means they will finish the regular season on a positive note for the second time in twelve years. Moritz Wagner contributed 14 points, brother Franz had 18 points.

Mavericks advance

Despite the loss, the Knicks remain in a direct playoff position in the West.

Schröder with missed throws

The Brooklyn Nets around world champion Dennis Schröder are far from that. The New Yorkers lost to the Milwaukee Bucks 108:115. Although Schröder recorded nine assists, he only managed five points in nine attempts.
