The women from Gisa Lions MBC defeated Herne 70:66 in a close Bundesliga game. The Halle team found it much more difficult than expected against the second-to-last team.
We went into the first break with a 16:19 deficit. In the second quarter, the MBC women were able to make the game more even, but remained behind by the same margin (30:33). Herne also had a slight advantage in the third quarter (20:21), so that the hosts only managed to turn things around for victory in the final period with a strong 20:12.
