The French Football Federation announced on Monday the packages of Georginio Rutter (Leeds) and Joris Chotard (Montpellier) for the rally with the France Espoirs team. Coach Thierry Henry called in reinforcements from Lyonnais Rayan Cherki, author of a good performance Friday against Toulouse (3-2). The attacking midfielder will join the group this Monday afternoon.
“Coach Thierry Henry is giving himself time to think about possibly recalling another player,” said the FFF. The Bleuets face Ivory Coast on Friday (6:30 p.m.) and the United States (March 25, at 9:05 p.m.). These will be the last two tests before entering the Olympic Games tournament, the draw for which will take place on March 20.
