A great loss for us students who remember him fondly
This morning the physical education teacher of the Convitto Nazionale Pietro Colletta, Costantino Maietta, suddenly left us.
The funeral home was set up at the Giordano Funeral Home in Torrerre di Mercogliano.
The funeral is scheduled for tomorrow at 3.00 pm moving from the Torrette di Mercogliano headquarters to the church of the SS Trinità dei Poveri in via Morelli e Silvati.
Retired only a few years ago, known in the school environment for his affability and empathy towards students, lover of Italian badminton and para-badminton.
We VA students of the year 2019 – 2020 remember him fondly. He left in our hearts the memory of a professor who was able to convey to us the pleasure of sport and the joy of practicing it.
Thanks for everything prof we won’t forget you!
