Work-study offer: Communications officer – Professional Football League

The Communications and CSR Department of the LFP is looking for a communications manager on a work-study contract (M/F).

The External Communication and CSR Department of the Professional Football League is structured around three axes:

Press relations;

The development of the CSR strategy and its deployment;

The development of the LFP’s CSR and corporate communication.

Description of functions:

The candidate will report to the Corporate Communications and Brand Manager of the External Communications and CSR Department of the LFP.

His/her main mission will be to participate in the implementation of the communication plan throughout the season.

The proper execution of the communication strategy, particularly CSR, is a major challenge for the Professional Football League and professional football clubs, with the aim of promoting the actions carried out throughout the season.

In conjunction with the LFP department concerned, the candidate will work on the deployment of the communication plan, around several highlights.

The missions will be:

Write briefs for external stakeholders (agencies, service providers, freelancers, etc.);
Ensure daily monitoring with designated service providers;
Think about and implement an action plan adapted to each partner;
Think about and implement a digital and influence strategy specific to each campaign;
Bring together internal teams (competitions department, digital center, etc.) and ensure constant monitoring;
Manage the daily relationship with the clubs;
Prepare operational and quantitative reports for each campaign and identify areas for improvement.

Other missions may also be entrusted to the candidate depending on the latest news from the External Communication and CSR Department.

Conditions :

12-month work-study contract;

He/She will be based at the LFP headquarters

Remuneration: According to current regulations.

Required Skills :

Master 1 or 2, or equivalence;
Experience(s) in the field of communication, preferably in the sporting world
Writing skills;
Good interpersonal skills
Oral and public speaking skills
Mastery of IT tools (Office Suite);
Good command of English
An appetite for sport, and more particularly for football, would be appreciated

Mobility:

Some travel (during the week and/or weekend) is to be expected for the proper organization of the missions (supported by the LFP).
