Dillon Gabriel Makes Oregon Debut and Hosts “im inspired” Event at Mililani High School

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Former Mililani quarterback Dillon Gabriel made his Oregon debut this weekend in the 2024 Spring Game.

Gabriel donned an Oregon uniform for the first time on Saturday and had a solid outing on the gridiron.

The grad transfer completed 14 of his 21 passes for 163 yards and two touchdowns, leading the green team to a 28-17 win over the white team.

Gabriel looking fresh in his new digs and the lefty qb is set to hook up his alma mater with some new threads.

This Friday, Gabriel is hosting the “im inspired” event at Mililani High School where he will unveil the football team’s new uniforms.

“My goal is to provide resources that can inspire others to whether it’s look good, feel good, play good or, you know, continue their athletic journey at the next level.” Gabriel told Hawaii News Now. “I think something as little as a jersey can definitely in inspire that.”

“So, small steps, you know, I started really small with some basketball shoes the first year, but here getting to outfitting the whole football team.”

The event is set for May 3rd, starting at 5:30 p.m. at John Kauinana Stadium.
