Girona once again showed the stellar version of a season that is closer to securing a place in the Champions League, after beating (4-1) a Cádiz that saw salvation complicated after RC Celta’s victory over Las Palmas (4-1), while Real Betis won a direct duel with Valencia.
Míchel’s men did not forgive Cádiz in the emergency room, from a devastating start in which they went 2-0 at half-time that could have been more.
