Thousands of football fans were looking forward to the treat in the Bundesliga on Sunday (April 21st): Borussia Dortmund – Bayer Leverkusen. The reigning champions visited the Champions League semi-finalists.
This apparently also attracted a prominent football fan to the stadium: Health Minister Karl Lauterbach (SPD) appeared at the stadium, visited the guest block before the game and took a selfie. The fans at Borussia Dortmund against Bayer Leverkusen were amazed.

After winning the championship, he wrote on social media: “Congratulations on the German championship! Now he paid a visit to the Bayer Leverkusen game in Dortmund. He was apparently also allowed to go into the catacombs to meet Leverkusen coach Xabi Alonso and personally congratulate him on the championship. Shortly afterwards, he shared a selfie on social media.
