She was an angel that everyone loved – that’s what friends say about 17-year-old Lille, who lost her life in hospital a few days ago. She was hospitalized there after collapsing at a soccer match. No one can explain why the seemingly healthy girl died.
No one had any idea that the school football tournament would become fatal for 17-year-old Lilla. During one of the matches, the girl from Komárno suddenly collapsed last Tuesday. The paramedics who were called immediately started resuscitation, and the young lady was taken to the hospital. She lost her fight there on Sunday.
But what could have happened to the outwardly healthy teenager is a mystery. “The exact causes are not yet known, the autopsy is pending,” he told the newspaper New time Imre Andruskó, director of the Hans Selye Gymnasium, which the girl attended. According to him, she had excellent academic results and passed with honors every year.
The sad news was also confirmed by the KFC Komárno club, where the young player worked. “Dear Lillo, it is with a heavy heart and tears in our eyes that we say goodbye to you. We will cherish your memory forever and share the family’s pain. KFC’s heart beats for you today, tomorrow and forever!” wrote the club on his facebook.
In her honor, he decided to make a touching gesture and retired the jersey with the number 11, in which Lila played for many years. “Lilla’s number 11 jersey will be retired and no player in our club’s colors will be able to wear it in the future,” the club added.
According to friends, Lilla was a complete angel and the news of her death came like a bolt from the blue. “She loved soccer very much and everything she did. You couldn’t dislike her, she was amazing. We will miss her a lot,” friends remembered the charming and talented girl.
