Imphy. When CIE judo shares its values with families. The practice of judo requires values in everyday life as well as on the mats: modesty, politeness, sincerity, friendship, self-control, courage, respect, honor, but also sharing. The latter was in the spotlight recently on the tatami mats of the Inter-Company Committee (CIE).

The section multiplies the animations

President Christophe Cèbe’s judo club organized a whole day for parents and young judokas. With a morning dedicated to sharing the tatami, with a parent-child meeting and a judo demonstration for all levels.

Then it was time to share a meal, enough to regain our strength, before sharing this time with inflatable games, molkky and pétanque tournaments. Good humor and relaxation were essential. “It is in this same spirit of sharing that the club season will continue, for sure,” commented Christophe Cèbe.

In addition to judo and taiso classes, the club, which brings together around a hundred practitioners of all ages, also displays its dynamism by multiplying the activities. So recently a tournament took place, with Nevers, Prémery, Saint-Benin-d’Azy, Saint-Léger-des-Vignes and Cercy-la-Tour, with joint training for babies, pre-chicks, chicks and benjamins. The young judokas then fought in front of a large audience. While the next day a garage sale took place in the Ambroise-Croizat room, which was also full of bargain hunters and day-trippers.

Course. They are taught, at the dojo in the Ambroise-Croizat room, by three state-certified teachers: Aude Salvucci (2nd dan), Serge Demas (2nd dan) and Pierre Monette (4th dan).
