The Success of the Traditional Cosnois Badminton Tournament: Honoring Coach Sylvain Charreau and Breaking Records

The traditional Cosnois badminton tournament, organized in April and this year specially dedicated to its coach Sylvain Charreau, who passed away too soon, broke entry records with one hundred and forty-seven entrants representing around thirty clubs over the two days, on Saturday being reserved for singles and on Sunday for doubles.

The local Bad spirit club and its new president Raphaël Bon won a few titles and podiums, but some were mobilized to ensure logistics. “A good tournament”, for Sandrine Renault, one of the club’s standard bearers in charge of the scorer’s table this weekend.
