On Saturday (4:45 p.m.) things will finally get serious for the VfL Sindelfingen judoka in the men’s 2nd Bundesliga. They actually had two points to their name at the start without a fight, as their opponent JC Kim-Chi Mainz couldn’t get a team together. But the resulting initial lead in the table is now void again. Those responsible for the league have agreed to complete the entire season without the club from Rhineland-Palatinate. For VfL that means: back to square one. The opponent at the correct start of the round in the dojo in the Glass Palace will be ESV Ingolstadt.
