Carlo Ancelotti has announced his retirement as football coach. The Italian success coach will no longer take up a new job as a football coach after his period at Real Madrid.
The 64-year-old Ancelotti, who still has a contract with the Spanish champions until the summer of 2026, said this to the Italian newspaper La Repubblica.
After a successful playing career at AC Milan, Ancelotti successfully worked at a long list of top clubs: Juventus, AC Milan, Chelsea, PSG, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Napoli and Everton. He has been back in Madrid since 2021.

He won the Champions League four times (twice with AC Milan, twice with Real Madrid) and can add a fifth title to that list with a win in the final against Borussia Dortmund on Saturday.
Ancelotti has often been linked to Brazil in recent times, where he should become national coach.
