Leicester City in Talks with Promising Youngster Pierre Dwomoh for Premier League Move

Pierre Dwomoh was one of the only players to bring satisfaction this season to RWDM. He is negotiating with…Leicester City. The promoted wants to recruit the midfielder in the Premier League.

The career path of Pierre Dwomoh so far has been very eventful. A record transfer from Genk to Antwerp when he was just a teenager, a row with Mark van Bommel and then a (slightly forced) transition to RWDM. Here he is relegated to the Challenger Pro League.

Dwomoh was one of the few RWDM players who stood out and played at a good level almost in every match. The midfielder, who is only 19 years old, is still under contract with Antwerp, but he no longer has a future there.

The Great Old will indeed activate his option for an additional year, but mainly to obtain a good transfer. Recently, Leicester City and Luton Town have shown interest in the 19-year-old.

Leicester City is currently the most concrete option. The promoted player is also among his players Wout Faes et Dennis Praetbut the latter will leave this summer.

Antwerp are hoping to get around three million for Dwomoh, for which they themselves had paid two million euros in 2021. Dwomoh has several options, but he also wants to join a team where he will receive playing time.

Let’s add the information of Sacha Tavolieriwho recently reported that Dwomoh and his representatives met with Leicester leaders on Monday.
