Nations League: DFB team plays in Düsseldorf, Munich and Freiburg

The German national football team will play its first home game in the Nations League in Düsseldorf, Munich and Freiburg.

The first international match after the home European Championship on September 7th will take place in Düsseldorf. Hungary will be the opponent there in the Nations League. This will mean quick revenge for the duel in the preliminary round of the EURO on June 19th in Stuttgart. The other home matches in the Nations League will take place on October 14th in Munich against the Netherlands and on November 16th in Freiburg against Bosnia-Herzegovina. This was decided by the supervisory board and shareholders’ meeting of DFB GmbH & Co. KG.

Games in Amsterdam, Zenica and Budapest

The team of national coach Julian Nagelsmann will play away in Amsterdam on September 10, in Zenica on October 11 and, at the end of the Nations League, in Budapest on November 19. All matches will kick off at 8:45 p.m.

The national team is currently preparing for the European Championships at home in Blankenhain in Weimarer Land. The last two preparation games for the finals will take place on June 3 (8.45 p.m./ARD) in Nuremberg against Ukraine and on June 7 (8.45 p.m./RTL) in Mönchengladbach against Greece.
