Shortly before Ascension Day, three judoka from the Malchin Judo Club, Marieke Hacker, Enno Gütschow and Gustav Kemmesies, made their way to Erfurt to take part in the international Ega Cup.
A total of 360 judoka from 89 clubs competed in Erfurt
With a total of 360 starters, 89 clubs from all federal states and 8 nations, the tournament was top-class.

Gustav Kemmesies from the Malchin Judo Club also left a strong impression and took a very good seventh place out of a total of 38 fighters in his weight class. His performance is also commendable and shows the high level of JC Malchin athletes.
