2023-2024 NBA Season Ends with Boston Celtics Victory: A Look Ahead to Draft 2024

Season Nba 2023 – 2024 ended with the victory of the very favourites Boston Celtics of coaches Joe Mazzula, to the record of 18 rings won. I feel sorry for Luka Doncicbut this year I was almost certain that they would win the ring Jaylen Brown MVP of the finals, Jaylen Tatumwithout forgetting the contribution Jrue Holiday, the second ring after the one won with the Bucks in 2021, and all the other green and whites. Once one season is over we start immediately to prepare for the next one, with the first appointment on the calendar: the Draft 2024with the choices taking place for the first time in two separate sessions. The first is scheduled for today, Wednesday 26 June, but due to the time zone, it will start at 2:00 am on Thursday 27 with the first round. The other is scheduled for Thursday, starting at 10:00 pm Italian time, with the second choices.

From the forecasts of the various specialized sites we could have a French first choice again this year. Zaccharie Risacherwing of the JL Bourg, or Alexander Sarra center who moved to play in the Australian championship (both in the cover photo), could succeed to Victor Wembanyama, first choice of 2023, further demonstrating the great work on nurseries done over the years by the French federation. Perhaps the only player coming out of American universities who can be eligible on the first call is the two-time NCAA champion center in 2023 and 2024 Donovan Cling.

Again in the opinion of the various American analysts, the quality of this year’s players is among the lowest in the last 15-20 years, so several exchanges are expected between the various franchises before the choices are made.

As usual I also dive into the previews of the top 10 positions, let’s see how many I get right:

  • Atlanta – Zaccharie Risacher, France, wing.
  • Washington – Alexandre Sarr, France, center.
