A rich season for the SXM Badminton Club! After the youngsters, the adults also headed to Guadeloupe to compete in three official competitions.
The bad players from Saint-Martin, Angélique Armougom, François Thao and Victor Vigouroux first participated in the “Ecol’Open” tournament organized by the TiBad club in Petit-Canal. François Thao and Victor Vigouroux obtained a good 2nd place in men’s doubles.
During the 2nd “Bad’N Rock” tournament organized by Volant Bouillantais in Bouillante, Angélique Armougom and her partner Nathalie Trojman (Tibad) finished in 3rd place in the ladies’ doubles.
Finally, at the 3rd tournament, the regional Veterans championship in Marie-Galante, Angélique Armougom and Nadine Ymung climbed to 3rd place in the women’s doubles, François Thao and his partner Patrick Olivier (KSC) finished 2nd in the men’s doubles. Finally, François Thao and his partner Nadine Ymung won the mixed doubles after a remarkable run. Congratulations to them!
