AJ Auxerre officially announces the first recruit. He is an Ivorian international.
At the end of the last financial year, AJ Auxerre are champions. The Auxerre club returns to the elite of French football a year after leaving it. Suffice to say that the new season which is looming promises to be demanding. The Icaunais club has understood this and is already strengthening itself with the formalization of its first recruit.
“AJA launches its transfer window! The club is pleased to announce the signing until 2028 of Lasso Coulibaly, who will wear number 21. Ivorian international hopeful (like Clément Akpa), the winger arrives from the Danish club FC Nordsjælland, where he has been playing since 2021 and where he began his professional career at just 19 years old”wrote the club on its website.
As indicated by the Footmercato information site, the transaction is valued at 2 million euros. Under contract at Nordsjaelland, he was loaned this season to Randers where he stood out with three goals and two assists in 18 league matches.
Suffice to say that Lasso Coulibaly will be eagerly awaited.
