Bojan Hodak also admitted that Alberto Rodriguez’s performance at Persib Bandung was very good in the second round last season. According to him, his appearance was different from when he first arrived in Bandung.
“When he first arrived, maybe he had problems because the club played with a different style in defense,” said Bojan Hodak.
“Maybe he also needs time to adapt. So that’s the reason he wasn’t very good at the start, but in the second round he was very good,” continued the Persib Bandung coach from Croatia.

Meanwhile, Bojan Hodak admits that Stefano Beltrame’s fate is unclear as to whether he will remain part of Persib Bandung or not. The negotiation process with Persib management is still ongoing.
“Stefano is still negotiating a new contract with the club. I can’t confirm what the current situation is like, but I will check,” said Bojan.
The Persib midfielder from Italy joined Maung Bandung in the second round of BRI Liga 1 2023/2024. He was recruited by Bojan Hodak to replace Levy Clement Madinda from Gabon.
While strengthening Persib Bandung, this former Juventus player contributed four goals.
