Bundesliga club Cashpoint SCR Altach has signed 19-year-old central defender Filip Milojevic from German double winners Bayer Leverkusen. The Vorarlberg native signed a contract in the “Ländle” until summer 2027. The Altach team announced this on Wednesday.
Most recently, Milojevic played a total of 24 games in the A-Junior Bundesliga as captain of Leverkusen’s U19 team. The U19 team player also trained several times in the first team under successful coach Xabi Alonso.
“We are sure that after his experiences in Germany he is ready for the next step,” said Altach sports director Roland Kirchler. Milojevic was happy to return home, saying it was something special. “Just a few years ago I was a ball boy in Schnabelholz.”
