The class of 2010 won the gold medal at the national championships in Jesolo
Antonio Russo is Italian champion in the 66 kg Beginners category. The judoka, under Bushido Judo Trapani, won the gold medal in the category at the national championships held in Jesolo by Fijlkam. The fourteen-year-old from Trapani – coached by Antonio Mezzero – made his stubbornness count, consequently winning the possibility of participating in the next European championships which will take place in 2025 across the entire continent. Bushido had never won the top title before in 50 years of activity.
