On June 25, when ruling on the clubs’ commitment to the LNB, the financial policeman of French basketball issued a framework for ASVEL’s payroll and limited it, preventively, to 80%. The remaining 20% can be released upon receipt of closed accounts from last season, no later than September 15. This is an automatic measure for clubs with a negative net situation as of June 30.
