The field measures 21 meters, with 18 meters corresponding to valid territory and three additional meters as foul zones. The batting spaces have three meters on each side, and one of the main rules is not to step on the line, as that results in an automatic out.
Teams are made up of eight players, with at least two men or two women on the field. Strategy, speed and precision are key in this format, which attracts both young people and adults who love the sport but did not necessarily play classic baseball.
