This Sunday the Castilla-La Mancha Outdoor Archery Championship 2024 took place at the “La Dehesa” football field, in the Alcarreña city of Alovera. The test, valid for the formation of the Castilla National Team -La Mancha in the CCAA Spanish Championship has brought together archers from various clubs in the region. The participants have competed in different categories of precision, traditional bow and naked bow during a day in which both gusts of wind and heat have been present.
Belén Chacón, from the Arqueros de Don Quijote Sports Club, has won first place in the senior female compound bow modality. The podium was completed with Arancha Serrano from Cuenca, from Arcoclub Las Lomas, who was second and Isabel Fernández, from the Águila Imperial club, in third position.
