The result was a final won 6/1, 6/2 against Christophe Napp (3/6, GDE), in windy conditions which did not suit the two protagonists: “It was complicated because we played on the Central. There are stands around, it’s like an arena, and there was quite a bit of swirling wind.,” explained the Stade Bordelais licensee.I didn’t have a great match, but I didn’t make any mistakes. I tried to be on every ball and he handled it less well than me. The match was disjointed with the conditions, so I was a little restrained tennis-wise. But I managed the match well overall.“
