Jakarta (ANTARA) – Persib Bandung coach Bojan Hodak announced that his team will return to training together in early July to prepare for the 2024/25 Indonesian League 1 competition.
Quoted from the club’s official website, Thursday, Bojan explained that Maung Bandung players would train on July 2, even though the 2024/25 Liga 1 schedule was running.
“We plan to start on July 2. However, we are still waiting for the official League 1 schedule,” explained the coach from Croatia.
It is known that the Persib Bandung squad was on holiday for approximately one month after successfully winning the 2023/24 Indonesian League 1 by beating Madura United in the final.

Even though he has been on holiday for about a month, Bojan still provides independent training programs to his foster children with the aim of maintaining fitness.
The former Kuala Lumpur City FC coach explained that this independent training was useful to make it easier for players to undergo their first training after the long holiday at the end of the competition.
“All players must take individual fitness tests. The players must follow individual programs. The first few days we will do tests to see their fitness level and then we will carry out training according to that,” said Bojan.
Apart from preparing for the 2024/25 Indonesian League 1 competition, Persib Bandung also needs to prepare to appear in the Asian AFC Champions League 2 competition.
Regarding the composition of the team next season, Persib Bandung is one that is far from the frenetic departure and arrival of players so far.
