Borussia Dortmund Struggles to Secure Permanent Signing of Jadon Sancho, Eyes Minteh as Replacement

A permanent signing of Jadon Sancho currently seems a long way off for Borussia Dortmund.

The German Bundesliga club would like to sign the Englishman, who came on loan from Manchester United in the winter and played a major role in reaching the Champions League final, on a permanent basis. According to “Sport Bild”, however, the Black and Yellows cannot pay the Red Devils’ announced transfer fee. Manchester United are reportedly demanding between 47 and 60 million euros for the winger.

Attempts to convince the officials at Old Trafford to agree to another loan fell on deaf ears. It is therefore not surprising that Dortmund are already looking for alternatives.

“Sky” brought Yankuba Minteh (19) from Newcastle United into the picture at the beginning of the week. Last season, the winger played on loan at Feyenoord Rotterdam and was directly involved in 17 goals in 37 competitive matches.
