In the “BILD SPORT” program on Welt-TV, BILD expert Alfred Draxler speaks out in favor of this. He says: “BVB needs a freshening up. Especially in attack, the weaknesses were clearly visible yesterday. You can’t get any further with Füllkrug alone. Adeyemi isn’t 100 percent reliable either. What will become of Malen is also still uncertain.”

Who could strengthen Dortmund? “Sky” expert Dietmar Hamann (50), who, like Draxler, is a guest on the show, advises the team of coach Edin Terzic (41) to sign Stuttgart striker Serhou Guirassy (28).

Hamann: “If you see how Guirassy played when he comes to Dortmund, then I assume that he will go there as the first striker. Of course he would be an excellent player for Dortmund.”

The problem: With Sébastien Haller (29), Niclas Füllkrug (31) and Youssoufa Moukoko (19), there are already three centre forwards in the BVB squad.

Hamann commented: “But then they would have four (strikers in the team, editor’s note), so at least two would have to go. That certainly won’t be easy. But I could very well imagine Guirassy in the Dortmund jersey. That would certainly be a reinforcement that would take them further next year.”

Guirassy can leave Stuttgart this summer for 18 million euros via a clause. With a market value of 40 million euros (according to “transfermarkt.de”), the Guinean could become a real bargain for Dortmund…
