Brank Sports resistance bands: almost faultless

An ultra-versatile resistance band pack

This one pack of four bands Brank Sports allows many uses on its own.

Whether for fitness, muscle strengthening or the quest for performanceelastics meet many objectives.

Furthermore, they fit equally well into bodybuilding, strengthening, CrossFit, Pilates or yoga training, used alone, attached to rings, a cage or simply at the foot of a piece of furniture.

A versatility foolproof which makes it a must for indoor and home training.

Another of their assets lies in the progressiveness they allow. With resistance levels between 7kg and 54kg, this pack of four elastics is perfect for starting and improving gradually, without having to invest in new equipment.

Personally, I had never used this type of equipment before and I would have had a hard time finding the resistance level suited to my physical condition.

So I appreciated being able to test myself, without fearing an unnecessary purchase. Having several resistors also allows a more precise workusing this or that strip according to the targeted areas.

As a regular runner and cyclist, I quickly moved to the black band on exercises such as lunges and squats.

My arms being much less developed, the red elastic accompanied me on more sessions.

Professional quality equipment

Like the skipping rope that we had already been able to test, the Brank Sports elastics ensure quality.

The French brand has chosen a fabrication 100 % latex naturel which sets it apart from many of its competitors. Result: the material displays foolproof resistance, limiting the loss of elasticity throughout training.

For two months I have been regularly mishandling the elastics.

I walked on them, I stretched them in all directions, without noticing any loss of elasticity or visual degradation of the bands.

With its pack of elastics, Brank Sports once again offers a professional quality product which seems set to last over time.

Excellent value for money

Product Price Number of Bands Accessories Included Material Pack of four bands €40 4 Carrying bag, exclusive video access 100% natural latex Pack of three elastics €30 3 None 100% natural latex Toneband €35 3 None Synthetic rubber, polyester, polyamide Corenght 12 € – 19 € 1 None Synthetic rubber, polyester, polyamide Nyamba 12 € – 14 € 1 None Synthetic rubber, polyester, polyamide

Above all, it is appreciable that this search for quality does not come at the expense of price.

The pack of four bands is priced at €40, with its carrying bag and exclusive video access. The pack of three elastics is offered at €30.

And Excellent value if we look at some competitors, notably Toneband (€35 for a pack of three elastic bands), Corenght (between €12 and €19 for a resistance band) and Nyamba (between €12 and €14 for a strength training band). ) to recite nobody else but them.

Above all, none of these products are made from 100% natural latex, mixing synthetic rubber, polyester, polyamide, etc.

Our downside: a summary presentation video

As I mentioned previously, I had never had the opportunity to train with resistance bands before receiving this product.

Wanting to do things well, I therefore relied on video presentation of the movements offered with the pack of elastics.

Needless to say, I had to be hooked! With 35 movements presented in 3 minutes and 22 seconds top timeit is difficult, if not impossible, to decipher the gesture, install the band and adjust the posture, without having to repeat the passage at least three or four times.

After two or three exercises, the handling turns out to be relatively painful. We also know the importance of precision of movements in the context of muscle strengthening.

However, the single broad plan serving as an explanation is not enough to guarantee good execution. Let’s say that the intention is good, but the result is not up to par.

So don’t buy this package for the exclusive video access it promises, because you might be disappointed.

However, there is no shortage of resources for learning how to use resistance bands and this pack has many other qualities that make it definitely worth equipping yourself with.
