At the end of the first half, the National Team emerges alive from what was an absolute dominance of Brazil during the first 45 minutes, yet the score does not move and remains 0-0.

The Brazilians took the ball from the start of the game and practically left the team breathless, as they could do little with the ball at their feet.

To the point that possession of the ball reached 83% of the “canarinha” compared to just 17% of the Ticos.

Brazil even kissed the nets, through Marquinhos after closing a header from a free kick at the far post in the 30th minute.

But in a VAR decision, Mexican referee César Ramos decided to annul it for offside.

This is how the two teams left for the intermission.
