In the opening game of the 12th matchday on Friday evening, the Stuttgart Reds suffered a painful 0:15 defeat at home against the guests from Heidenheim. The second match on Saturday had to be abandoned due to weather conditions with the score at 0:3 in the 5th inning. A date for the continuation will be announced soon.

After the surprising 3:13 home defeat the previous evening, the Guggenberger Legionnaires successfully took revenge on Saturday afternoon with a 12:3 win against the Mainz Athletics.

In the fight for a playoff spot, the Munich-Haar Disciples suffered a setback. They lost 6:4 to the Hünstten STORM.

The Hamburg Stealers continue to ride the wave of success. Away at the Dohren Wild Farmers, the Hanseatics celebrated a 7:12 victory and their fifth win in a row.

The Bonn Capitals turned game one around against the Untouchables Paderborn and won 7:5. The home team had already led by five runs.

The return matches between Paderborn/Bonn (12:00 p.m.), Hünstetten/Haar (1:00 p.m.) and Hamburg/Dohren (2:00 p.m. in Hamburg) will take place on Sunday.
