This Saturday, June 15, the Caravane Terre de Jeux set up at the Vibraye sports complex.
Throughout the day, the population was able to discover multiple activities, but also learn about different sports. From the gymnasiums to the swimming pool, from the college courtyard to the bowling alley, Vibraye has honored its status as a sports town. Whatever your age or abilities, it’s impossible not to find an activity to have fun.
The municipality, the CDOS and above all all the sports associations of the municipality worked together to make this day a success.
Badminton, tennis, table tennis, climbing, pétanque, handball, football, athletics, pétanque, all the volunteers from the local associations were on site to explain, initiate, and often encourage people to register for the start of the school year.
Other, less traditional activities have also been very successful, such as laser shooting, drone piloting, an outdoor escape game and first-time scuba diving sessions at the municipal swimming pool.
A good way to test activities
The most difficult thing is almost finding the time to do everything, it’s great for the children but also for us, as a mother already looking for the future activity to share as a family. The children can try activities, so can we, it’s a great family day. No competition, a gift for everyone in memory of this beautiful day, the Sarthe Terre de Jeux Caravan immersed the Vibraysiens in the spirit of Coubertin, the important thing was to participate… and have fun!
