“Marbella Football Club is pleased to announce that Carlos Henrique Casemiro, star of Manchester United, the Brazilian national team and five-time Champions League champion, becomes from today onwards the new shareholder of our entity.

The enthusiasm and commitment that Casemiro demonstrates with the Marbella FC project is evident with his incorporation into the shareholding structure. Not only Marbella, but also the entire city, are proud that an athlete of his size wants to belong to our family.

Casemiro’s confirmation as a new member of the board of directors is a historic opportunity for the club to continue designing its institutional and sporting strategy in elite football. Casemiro said that “it is an honor for me to join Marbella Football Club because my biggest motivation is the club’s spectacular growth possibilities. I have been to Marbella with my family on several occasions, and both my children, my wife and I are in love with the city with which we want to be linked for life. Without a doubt, together we will dream big to take Marbella to the top, but now we have to take advantage of our wonderful promotion to the First League.”

With this move, Marbella strengthens its path by allying itself with a strategic partner who will help with their experience the general growth of our institution. The passion, leadership and sense of responsibility that have always guided Casemiro in his professional career are more than justified reasons why we open the doors of our home to him today.”
