In table tennis, Chuncheon City won both the men’s and women’s divisions in the first division, and in the second division, Hwacheon-gun and Hoengseong-gun took the championship trophies. In badminton division 1, Jin Gwang High School (Wonju) in the boys’ high school division, Chiak High School (Wonju) in the girls’ high school division, Hallym University (Chuncheon) in the men’s general division, and Gangneung City in the women’s division each kissed the team championship trophy. In the second division, Bongpyeong High School (Pyeongchang), Seokjeong Girls’ High School (Yeongwol), Sekyung University (Yeongwol), and Hoengseong-gun won the men’s and women’s high school divisions and the men’s and women’s general divisions.
On the 4th, the Provincial Sports Festival will conclude with six sports, including baseball, golf, kendo, wrestling, track and field (road racing), and basketball. The closing ceremony will be held at the Yangyang National Sports Center at 4 p.m.
