Creole pitchers top the list of those eligible for the SDFBL

The Latin Baseball Hall of Fame announced this Friday its nominees for the eleventh class, which corresponds to this year. Seven former players are eligible for induction, of which five are pitchers.

Félix Hernández, Carlos Zambrano, Johan Santana, Magglio Ordoñez, Victor Martínez, Francisco “El Kid” Rodríguez and Freddy García make up this year’s class for Venezuela. Likewise, only three of them may be exalted.

Let us remember that one of the rules to be considered in the Hall of Fame is to “Have had a career in the area of ​​professional baseball of 10 years or more, or have died before completing that period.”
