Dallas Cowboys Training Camp 2024: Heading to Oxnard, California for the 18th Time

The Cowboys are heading to Oxnard, California for the 18th time for training camp with a departure day of July 23.

The 2024 camp, presented by American Airlines, will mark the team’s 45th year training in Southern California. Fans will be able to attend all open-to-the-public practice sessions for free, beginning with the first practice at 11:30 a.m. PT on Thursday, July 25 through the final open practice on Wednesday, August 21.

Entrance to the public will open two hours before practice.

Training camp in Oxnard will open with the annual camp opening ceremony and special fan event, Cowboys Back Together Weekend, presented by American Airlines, as the team welcomes fans to training camp on Saturday, July 27.

The Cowboys Back Together Weekend event will begin at 9:00 a.m. (PT) as fans enjoy live music, appearances by former Cowboys players, Dallas Cowboys mascot Rowdy, autograph signings by the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders , exclusive products, prizes, gifts and more.

The opening ceremony will be held at 10:00 a.m. (Pacific) and will include a performance by the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders and remarks from Cowboys Owner and General Manager Jerry Jones prior to the open practice session at 10:30 a.m. (Pacific).

Additionally, on Wednesday, July 31, the team will host a Heroes Appreciation Day presented by USAA to show their gratitude to military personnel and first responders.

Following the team’s return to Texas, the final portion of Dallas Cowboys training camp will take place at the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas, with select practices open to the public to be announced at a later date.
