Damion Lee Exercises Player Option to Stay with Phoenix Suns, Eyes Spot in Coach Budenholzer’s Rotation

Damion Lee is willing to exercise his player option worth $2.8 million to continue his career with the Phoenix Suns, the outlet reported Forbes Sports.

It should be remembered that Lee missed all of last season after suffering a meniscus injury in his knee, and will try next preseason to get a spot in new coach Mike Budenholzer’s rotation.

Lee joined the Suns last summer in 2022 after previously wearing the Warriors jersey for four seasons.

In his only season in Arizona he played 74 official games with averages of 8.2 points and 3 rebounds in 20 minutes.
