Former Rapid and Altach coach Damir Canadi has taken on a new position as head coach of Bosnian first division club Velez Mostar. The club announced this on Thursday. Mostar finished third in the domestic championship last season and will thus start in the European Cup, where the club will enter the Conference League qualification. The Viennese Canadi (54) was most recently in Croatia at HNK Sibenik in spring 2023.
