The SoMa sports bar BuzzWorks has submitted plans to revamp itself into a four-story venue with a music venue and a double-decker rooftop bar. The plans have been submitted to the SF Planning Commission that would turn Buzzworks from a 12,000 square-foot venue to a 20,000 square-foot venue, continuing SF’s emerging rooftop bar craze.
