Beaumont. Open House at the Beaumont Tennis Club. The tennis school party gave the children the opportunity to participate in games and win prizes and to share the snack organized by the instructors, Lionel, Julien and Brice, helped by club volunteers.
The season is not over. The tennis club is organizing its open summer tournament from June 14 to 30 on the courts of the Artière stadium. Registrations are underway on the TenUp application. They will continue for players ranked 3rd series and above.
An “open house” day is also planned for Saturday June 15, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., with all of the club’s instructors and volunteers, to allow you to discover the facilities and find out about membership conditions. On this occasion, visitors will be able to familiarize themselves with three racket sports, tennis, beach tennis (on lawn) and pickleball. Snowshoes will be loaned.
A new racket sport, pickleball is a mixture of several sports, table tennis, for rackets, tennis, for the height of the net, and badminton, for the surface of the court. The club plans to create a section in September and wishes to present it during the association forum on September 7, at the Cosec of the Molière college.
